Ulrich has close to 20 years of experience across large global brands, start-ups, and agencies. He started his career at L’Oréal in 2006 in Germany, founded and sold a consumer product business in the USA, and currently serves as President of MRM Europe and the UK. In June 2026 he will become Chief Client Officer for Publicis Groupe across the DACH region. His work spans brand strategy, creative storytelling, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation, with a growing focus on brand building in the AI age.
