Claire is CEO of Havas Lynx -  one of the largest and most awarded global healthcare agencies in the world, having started on the graduate programme 14 years ago. Havas Lynx is ranked No. 1 Healthcare Agency in the UK and Top 3 Globally by Cannes and has offices across Manchester, London and New York. 

Having pioneered Lynx’s strategic offering as the first research and strategist to join the agency, she has had the opportunity to lead strategically at a global, regional, and local level across both creative and media agencies to deliver blockbuster launches across multiple therapy areas. 

Claire has delivered internationally-recognised thought leadership on topics such as the mental health of HCPs, EDI within healthcare, sustainability in healthcare and millennial HCPs. She was also honoured to be invited to be the 2024 Graduate Commencement Speaker at the University of Manchester, where she spoke of embracing uncertainty. 

Now as CEO, Claire leads our 500-strong group in our vision to deliver impact that matters, pushing the industry to embrace creative effectiveness. She has instilled an energy of agility to match market dynamics, launching progressive services offerings within data, AI and creative med comms, all within the last 2 years.
