Known to pretty much everyone as Dee, she started out in technology in the US before
finding her way into advertising – bringing with her a digital-first brain, a love of big creative
ideas and a healthy impatience for standing still.
Her career at TBWA began on the digital side of the business, becoming Managing Director
of Agency.com in 2010, Managing Director of TBWA in 2011 and CEO of the group in
2015. Since then, she has led the agency through a decade of growth, change and expansion –
building new capabilities across innovation, production, research, social and content growing
group revenue by 50%. In 2024 she led the merger of two Omnicom agencies to make
TBWA the largest creative agency in Ireland.
Dee has overseen award-winning work for a wide range of local and global brands, including
Optimum Nutrition, AIB, Tourism Northern Ireland, Volkswagen, eir and ESB Networks, as
well as SuperValu, Centra, Jameson Irish Whiskey, McDonald’s, Audi, Electric Ireland and
Bank of Ireland. She has also led long-standing public sector partnerships with the HSE, the
Department of Health, the Department of Justice and the Department of An Taoiseach.
