Sr. Planning Manager (Strategy Team) - INNOCEAN Europe
Frankfurt based brand and communication strategist, Dominika brings expertise and a proven track record in developing and pushing campaign planning, digital activation strategies, and collaboration with brand ambassadors. In this role, she pushes campaigns for Hyundai at Innocean Europe since 2019.
Prior to her current role, Dominika was a strategist at Kemper Kommunikation, where she was responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies for renowned clients such as Porsche, Skoda and Grohe. Her tasks included creating communicative positioning through brand, consumer insights, and cultural tension analyses, supporting launch campaigns, and strategically repositioning brands.
Dominika earned her doctorate from Justus Liebig University Giessen and EBS Business School Oestrich-Winkel with a dissertation on "Lifelong Brand Attachment – Conditions for the Emergence of Brand Attachment through Consumer Socialization".
She has remained loyal to the university as a lecturer for market research and consumer relations at the DHBW Heilbronn and the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences.
