Dorien’s story starts with a love for words. After graduating in Language and Literature, she dove headfirst into advertising in 2014. Her love for creativity brought her to mortierbrigade, where she helped bring daring ideas to life. Together with brave clients and bold creatives, she brought home several Effies and won international creative awards.

In 2020, she became Strategic Director at TBWA, where she now heads a dynamic team of talented strategists. As a strategist, she has an exceptional passion for creativity, both in her work and personal life.  In 2024, she won her first Euro Effie with the help of the Little Lions of Delhaize, Belgium’s premium retailer
