Active in the advertising and media industry since the early 1990s. Has led MullenLowe Media as Managing Director since 2003. Board member at SAR and a juror of advertising and media competitions in Poland (Effie, Innovation) and abroad (Eurobest, Effie Awards). In 2024, she joined the Programme Council of Insummit Festival, one of Poland’s largest research and communications conferences.
Two-time winner of the AD/WOMAN award, in 2020 and 2025. In 2022, recognised as one of the most influential leaders of the decade in the communications and media industry.
