Giorgos Vareloglou

Giorgos founded REBORRN along with his partner Costas Mantziaris to challenge how a modern consultancy should look like in the 21st century.

His story began in 2005, when he and Costas co-founded Mindworks, creating one of the first search marketing agencies in Greece. Over the next decade, they transformed Mindworks from a boutique performance agency into a leading full-service digital shop, growing the team from 5 to 50 people.

In 2015, Mindworks was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network. This marked the launch of isobar & iProspect in Greece. Just 2.5 years later, having established both brands as market leaders with a team of 85, he and Costas left to build their next venture: REBORRN.

Giorgos’s work has earned hundreds of national and international awards. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences and, whenever he finds the time, he writes about the topics that matter most to him: change, people, and marketing.

When he is not working, and beyond being a proud husband and father, he runs. A lot.
