Currently, Giulia works in Brand Building Innovation & Communication (BBIC) at P&G, where she drives strategic innovation and creative excellence across Dish care. She’s passionate about work that connects deeply with people—because in her view, the best advertising moves hearts and moves business.
Before her brand journey began, Giulia was a drummer in a rock band—a rhythm that still fuels her leadership style today. She knows how to listen, when to improvise, and how to make ideas resonate. As an Effie Awards judge, she’s excited to recognize the campaigns that hit all the right notes—strategically and creatively.
