Hilary Quinn is Marketing Director for Diageo Ireland, where she leads the strategic direction and growth of Diageo’s full portfolio of beer and spirits brands across the island of Ireland. Since joining Diageo, she has driven a period of standout growth for the Guinness brand, reinforcing its cultural relevance while accelerating commercial performance.
In addition to her Ireland role, Hilary leads Diageo’s Europe Beer Hub, focused on unlocking the growth potential of Guinness across Continental Europe. A passionate advocate for innovation, she has overseen the development and launch of breakthrough initiatives including Guinness Nitrosurge and Guinness 0.0, expanding the brand into new occasions and audiences.
Prior to Diageo, Hilary built a highly successful career at Coca-Cola, where she developed a reputation for bold, creative marketing and a strong track record of delivering impactful brand growth.
