Ioana Ciobotariu is a marketing leader based in Romania, driving growth, reputation and behavior change in diverse environments. She has led end-to-end strategy and execution across consumer brands, employer positioning and large-scale initiatives, including Romania’s Deposit Return System (DRS), one of Europe’s largest circular economy projects, administered by RetuRO.
