Iva Menclová is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over two decades of experience in the advertising and telecommunications sectors. She has held pivotal roles at renowned agencies, including McCann Erickson, Ogilvy & Mather, and OgilvyOne Worldwide, where she served as Account Director.

In 2018, Iva took on the role of Managing Director at Publicis Prague, leading the agency's strategic direction and client engagements. Her leadership was further recognized when she was appointed as the acting Head of Marketing & Communication at T-Mobile Czech Republic, where she successfully steered the marketing team during a transitional period.
