Marketing & Digital Director - Żabka Polska

Since November 2016, associated with Żabka, currently holding the position of Marketing & Digital Director. Responsible for creating and developing the marketing and communication strategy for the Żabka (convenience store chain with over 11 000 locations in Poland) and implementing ATL/BTL/Digital/App initiatives. He is also in charge of Insights as well as Media Planning and Buying. 

From 2003 to 2016, he developed his skills in the FMCG sector at Hochland as Marketing Manager. He also gained marketing experience at Procter & Gamble and AmRest. Jarosław Serednicki is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. 

From 2019 to 2025, he served on the jury of the Effie Awards, and he also received awards for campaigns and communications for the Żabka brand (Gold Effie in the Retail and Marketing & Business Solutions categories, Gold Effie and Grand Prix in the Long Term Marketing Excellence category).
