She began her career as a trainee at Media Group RTL in Germany, where she was instantly captivated by the impact of creativity.
From there, she immersed herself in a diverse agency landscape, spanning global networks like BBDO to independent agencies such as Jung von Matt. These experiences became defining chapters in her journey. At BBDO, she embraced a relentless commitment to “the work, the work, the work,” where craft and effectiveness are inseparable. At Jung von Matt, she was shaped by a mindset of creative restlessness (“Wir bleiben unzufrieden.”), a refusal to settle, and a constant push to go further in pursuit of progressive ideas.
