Jonnie Cahill is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of International Foods at PepsiCo, where he leads the global marketing strategy for the company’s international foods portfolio. Jonnie joined PepsiCo in April 2025, bringing over two decades of transformational leadership in marketing, brand management, innovation, and business growth across the consumer packaged goods and beverage industries.
Prior to PepsiCo, Jonnie spent over 12 years at Heineken in a range of senior global and local roles. Most recently, he served as CMO of Heineken USA, overseeing marketing for a portfolio that included Heineken, Dos Equis, and Tecate. He previously led the Global Low & No Alcohol Division from Amsterdam, driving portfolio expansion into adjacent categories, and also served as CMO of Heineken Russia, based in Moscow.
Earlier in his career, Jonnie held senior marketing roles at Telefónica, including as CMO of O2, and at Diageo, working in both Ireland and global positions. Jonnie holds degrees from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and Trinity College Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (FMII).
