Kamil has 18 years of experience in marketing, associated with the Maspex Group for 10 years.  

Currently, as the Marketing Director of Spirits within the Maspex Spirits business (CEDC Intr.), Kamil manages global strategy for leading alcohol beverages brands such as Żubrówka, Becherovka, Soplica, Żytniówka and Bols. Previously, as part of Maspex Beverages, he successfully built the position and offer of the TIGER, DrWitt, Alcalia brands in Poland and the CEE region.  He gained marketing experience in Polish and international companies: Maspex, L’Oreal, Tchibo, GSK/ Haleon, LOTTE Wedel, Bakalland/ FoodWell,  

 Winner of 3 EFFIE awards, including the Golden one. Juror of the EFFIE Poland 2022 and 2023 competitions. 

 Graduate of Inter-Faculty Studies at the University of Warsaw, specializing in International Economics, with scholarships at Northeastern Illinois University (USA) and University of Ljubljana (Slovenia). Graduate of the Frontrunners program at the European Institute of Innovation & Technology and visiting lecturer at Emlyon Business School.
