Kristýna leads strategy team and is part of agency board in VML Prague. She has been building strategy team within the VML philosophy of connected brands. Apart from brand, creative, comms or content strategy, the focus is also on CX/CRM. 

 During last 15 years, she has gained experience from other network agencies like DDB and also local strategic boutigue. Gaining experience from the client side, she has helped to launch succesfully new challenger brand, Air Bank, on Czech market.  

 In her free time, she enjoys family time and her two kids, mostly being outdoor doing all kinds of sports and physical activities.
