Nearly 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing communication both in independent and network agencies . Since 2018, she has been the Managing Director at 2012 Agency, one of the most creative agencies in Poland, where she led the company’s growth and expanded its client portfolio. Between 2019 and 2022, she simultaneously managed two creative agencies—2012 Agency and Feeders Agency. Under her leadership, cross-functional teams have created impactful marketing campaigns that earned multiple Effie Awards, including Grand Prix and gold Effie awards. In 2024, 2012 Agency was recognized as one of the top 5 most effective agencies in Poland in the Effie Awards ranking. 

In 2024, she was honored with the ADWoMan award, recognizing her succesful leadership, promotion of best standards, and innovative impact on the advertising industry. Since May 2023, she has served as a Member of the Board at the Association of Advertising Agencies in Poland (SAR), and she is currently Member of the Effie 2025 Steering Committee in Poland. She is also a Member of the Program Council of the Insight and Innovation Festival Insummit 2025.
