Lisa Lugo is SVP of Marketing & Creative Solutions for Live Nation’s Brand Partnerships Division. She has built the UK integrated marketing practice from the ground up, building a new team across brand solutions, creative + design, research + fan insights, and strategy. Lisa has instigated and launched initiatives that promote Live Nation as a forward-thinking strategic partner and marketplace leader year-round, resulting in massive commercial growth. Her team’s award-winning programmes have helped leading brands such as O2, AB In Bev, PayPal, PepsiCo, Co-op, Three and TK Maxx, amongst others, reach their business goals whilst enhancing the live music experience.
Prior to joining Live Nation, Lisa led youth and Latin music marketing efforts with Young & Rubicam’s BrandBuzz and The Vidal Partnership respectively for brands including Heineken, Dr Pepper/7Up/Sunkist and Sony Electronics. Her innovative programmes have received industry recognition including EFFIE®, REGGIE® and PRO™ Awards. She began her career at the National Basketball Association in sponsorship marketing coordinating promotions for national league sponsors and supporting the launch of the WNBA.
Lisa is passionate about supporting the next generation of marketing professionals, serving as a mentor for multiple programmes including Live Nation’s Mentor Nation, Creative Mentor Network and NGO Latino Life UK.
