For 15 years, she has been involved in the advertising industry, mainly as a strategist.
She strives to combine the perspective of a strategist with an innovative approach to business as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. In her daily work, she relies on two assumptions: 1) Creativity is the greatest force in business, and 2) the marriage of great creativity and effective strategy is a good recipe for campaigns that can be noticed, remembered, and can actually change people's behavior. As a result, she is the author of campaign strategies that have won awards such as 24xEffie, KTR, Innovation, and even one Cannes Lion (bronze in the Mobile category).
Leading the Strategy Department at DDB, the agency has been named the #1 most effective EFFIE agency three times in a row, and in 2024, it was awarded the title of the Effie 25th Anniversary Agency. She has been a jury member for Effie, KTR, and Young Creatives multiple times. Since last year, she has been a member of the organizational committees for Effie Poland and EURO Effie, influencing the shape of these competitions (including introducing the Al category). In 2025, she was awarded the title of #3 Ad Wo/Man in the Advertising Agencies category for success in the advertising business, innovation, and creativity, as well as for promoting the highest standards of work in advertising.
She has worked with brands such as McDonald's, Philips, Mars, and Coca-Cola. She holds a PhD in social sciences with a focus on psychology. After work, she enjoys spending time in the saddle.
