Marjan Lakic is a member of the operational board at Webrepublic, Switzerland’s leading agency for integrated marketing. Over the past 15 years, he has grown with the company—starting in operational roles, learning the ins and outs of media, performance marketing, and data-driven communication, before moving into business development and strategic leadership.

Today, he helps shape the direction of the agency, which integrates media, creation, technology, and data into cohesive marketing solutions.

Marjan leads the strategy department, where his team develops end-to-end marketing and communication strategies for clients operating on both local and global scales, across B2B and B2C sectors. He focuses on building integrated solutions that bring together strategic thinking with the strengths of all operational disciplines—from media and tech to creative execution.

In addition to his strategic mandate, Marjan is responsible for new business and the positioning of Webrepublic in the market. He oversees pitch processes and ensures the agency communicates its unique value with clarity and consistency.
