Nadine Müller-Eckel is a seasoned strategist and change-maker with a unique blend of deep European roots and international perspective. As Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Anomaly, she plays a central role in advancing the agency's mission to be a true change agent for the communications industry.

Her career spans leadership roles at renowned German agencies such as Jung von Matt, Heimat, and Aimaq & Stolle, as well as global networks like TBWA and R/GA. On the brand side, she served as CMO at DTC innovator Sitzfeld, where she helped shape strategy and scale growth from the inside out.

Beyond her agency and brand-side work, Nadine is a committed advocate for purpose-driven innovation.

She sits on the advisory board of Klim, a regenerative agriculture platform, and was a founding member of OhYouWomen.org. She also advised start-ups supported by the Berlin Founders' Fund, with a particular focus on boosting female entrepreneurship.

Nadine actively drives industry progress through her involvement with the German Advertising Association (GWA), effectiveness juries including the GWA Effe Awards and the AME Awards, and mentoring programs like 30 Minutes of Planning University and the inclusive internship initiative UNSCHOOL.
