Nikola Parrak is Head of Marketing at Škoda Auto Czech Republic. With over a decade of experience across different marketing roles on both client and agency sides, she has played an active part in building Škoda as a modern, successful brand, first across global markets and now in the Czech Republic.
She previously led international advertising for Škoda Auto, overseeing campaigns for new model launches across markets worldwide. Her international career also includes a role at Volkswagen Group China in Beijing, where she worked as a brand strategy consultant.
A graduate of Media Studies at Charles University Prague, Nikola believes the right insight is at the heart of every great campaign and is passionate about creativity that delivers real business impact. She shares her perspective through industry conference panels and podcasts. A jury member at Agency of the Year in the Czech Republic and the Gerety Awards, she looks forward to bringing that same perspective to Effie Europe, a platform that has long championed the ideas she cares about most: creativity with measurable impact.
