After 15 years in various disciplines of retail business with Northern Europe’s leading DIY operator Kesko, Olli-Pekka has been working with NORD DDB for past seven years. NORD DDB is a marketing agency that has offices in all four Nordic capitals – Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen.  

As Business Director Olli-Pekka has lead the Finnish teams for McDonald’s, Lantmännen & Unilever ice cream brands. He has strong experience in leadership, business strategy and modern marketing and deep understanding of retail, quick service restaurant and DIY business. He is a Effie Europe, WARC, Cannes, Cresta & Eurobest winner with McDonald’s. 

Currently he is working Nordicly helping McDonald’s & NORD DDB succeed in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland as Operational Director for the Nordic team of 80+ people. He is also working as Scrum Master to help McDonald’s to run processes smoothly in the Nordic region.
