Roman Rajtár

Head of Brand Strategy & Content Production, Škoda Auto

With nearly two decades of experience spanning PR, marketing, and brand building, Roman Rajtár is currently Head of Brand Strategy and Content Production at Škoda Auto, focusing on strengthening the brand’s global positioning and leading the creation of impactful content.

He began his career on the PR agency side, managing local and international accounts including O2, Shell, Coca-Cola, Novartis, British Council and Škoda Auto. It was Škoda that evolved into his “love brand” and ultimately his long-term professional home.

He joined Škoda Auto Slovakia in 2013 as PR Manager, before moving to Škoda Auto headquarters in Czech Republic to coordinate global brand strategy and content. From 2020, he led Marketing in Slovakia, overseeing strategic brand development, integrated communications, sponsorships, events, and product management.

Together with his team, he has delivered a number of successful and award-winning projects, including a widely recognized electromobility communication strategy for the brand – combining creativity with measurable business results.
