Simon Bailey

Simon’s career has spanned multiple sectors across the Financial Service industry covering B2B and D2C channels, leading teams within BUPA, AEGON, Standard Life and Aberdeen. His career has focused on driving customer-led change and developing insight-led teams and operating models that deliver sustainable and efficient growth. He has built and led award winning Marketing teams, recognised by the Financial Services Forum for the Most Effective Innovation in B2B and for European Thought Leadership of the Year. 

After leading the Global Brand and Marketing function at abrdn plc through a period of significant corporate change and re-positioning, Simon launched his own interim and fractional CMO consultancy practice, applying his experience to established, as well as scale-up organisations.
