She has held senior roles at Microsoft, Meta, Adobe and now Teads where she oversees business marketing for strategic accounts, agency holding companies and the UK. She specialises in building marketing strategies that connect brand storytelling directly to commercial growth across global markets.
She played a key role in shaping industry presence at Cannes Lions for Microsoft, the Daily Mail and Meta. Previously, she led Meta’s Global Speaker Bench, developing executive voices and scaling thought leadership globally. Stephanie is known for operating at the intersection of creativity and commerce, working closely with C-suite leaders to influence industry narratives and drive meaningful business impact across regional and global teams.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she is a member of Bloom and helped Teads become a founding contributor to the Brixton Finishing School Foundation, supporting access and opportunity for underrepresented talent.
