Svitlana Stepanenko is Managing Partner of BetterSvit, an independent group of agencies which is #2 in the effectiveness ranking of advertising holdings according to Effie Awards Ukraine 2024, and Media First Ukraine is the most effective media agency in Ukraine in 2019, 2021, 2024.  

Svitlana is a strategic leader in marketing communications with 20+ years and 200+ awards at international festivals. Her professional trophies include 65 Effie awards within Grand Prix Effie Ukraine 2024 and Silver Effie Europe 2024. She has made a significant input working for KFC, PepsiCo, Henkel, Sony, Toyota, OLX, Nova Post, FUIB, Naftogaz of Ukraine, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine, WHO, CO 100% Life, Sanofi, Seni, Tantum Verde. 

Believing in education as a cornerstone of progress, Svitlana plays an active role in shaping the future of the industry. She is the Member of the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition Supervisory Board, responsible for education in marketing and advertising. Deputy Chairman of the International Association of Marketing Initiatives. Lecturer in marketing communication at IAMI, EBA, kmbs and several Ukrainian universities. Since 2014 she has been developing the educational event – Healthcare Creative Forum – to drive creativity and social impact of healthcare leaders in Ukraine.
