Tara started her media career at Mindshare 15 years ago as a digital and social media manager, quickly pivoting into a broader planning and client management role. Her portfolio spans a diverse rage of sectors including FMCG, Government, Alcohol, Retail and Charity. She has successfully led global accounts like Unilever and Campari in Ireland, along with leading one of largest Irish government accounts – the domestic tourism board, Fáilte Ireland.
Tara’s work has earned Gold and Bronze in Ireland’s Effies, and she has achieved multiple wins locally in the Irish Media Awards and Digital Media Awards.
Tara has been active in the broader industry through participation in IAPI initiatives such as Female Futures and by acting as a STEPS Mentor. She has served as a guest lecturer in Media and Audience Behaviour for undergraduate and master’s University programmes.
Currently, Tara holds the position of Business Director, leading one of the planning teams at Mindshare, and co-leads the Learning and Development team for WPP Media Ireland
