A graduate of ESCP Europe, Thomas began his advertising career in 1998 at TBWAParis, where he spent a decade as account executive, new business manager, and strategic planner. In 2007, he joined M&C Saatchi GAD as Head of Strategy and New Business. In 2015, he moved to Marcel (Publicis Group) in Paris, first leading new business before returning to his first love: strategic planning.
A dedicated student of creative effectiveness, Thomas has written or co-written more than 25 Effie-winning papers over the course of his career — including 2 Effie Grand Prix Europe and 1 Effie Grand Prix France.
