Valentin began his career as a strategist at Havas San Francisco, working with top Silicon Valley clients. He then spent five years at BETC as a global strategist (Ferrero, Danone, Lego, Philip Morris), where he also led strategist training and proprietary prospective studies across the Havas Network.
After joining Rosa Paris in 2021, he played a key role with major clients such as SNCF (the French national railway company) and its expansion in Europe, Grand Frais (France’s favorite supermarket chain), and Westfield (a global mall brand, part of URW). He was promoted to Head of Rosa Data Intelligence to develop a proprietary agency offering tailor-made prospective studies that help brands anticipate societal shifts and identify opportunities for business and creative transformation.
Valentin led various international projects combining business strategy, brand and media strategy, and transformation strategy across Europe & North America. He won numerous strategic awards, including the Crédit Agricole Gold Effie (bank), Grand Frais Gold Effie (supermarket), Grand Frais Bronze CPS (supermarket), and Ouigo Silver CPS (transportation), Paris Subway Gold CPS (transportation).
