Victor is a passionate marketer who strongly believes in the power of storytelling to drive business results, validated in 18+ years of experience in various leadership roles. He successfully contributed to different brand turnarounds and launches in the dynamic beer industry (Ursus, Kozel, Peroni), managing Home Care brands in P&G for the Balkans region and accelerating the Q-commerce business unit for the SEE region at Glovo.
