Ville is a highly multidisciplinary creative thinker and leader, whose teams and clients have received accolades at Cannes Lions, OneShow and EuroEffies, but also in Red Dot and UEFA Grow Awards. In addition to over 100 awards, the work has changed legislation and found its way to permanent exhibitions of museums. His 19 year career has included long stints at SEK (Grey), TBWA\Helsinki and Bob the Robot / NoA, and in spring 2025 he joined Sherpa.
