A graduate of Sciences Po Paris in Communication and the Sorbonne University in Philosophy, Lucie Marchais has over 10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative briefing, and digital marketing. Currently Deputy General Manager in charge of Strategies and Innovation at Artefact 3000, she oversees major accounts such as Groupe ADP, Accor Sustainability, and Robertet Group while contributing to the agency’s executive leadership.
Lucie previously led Impact and Sustainability Projects at Artefact, a European leader in data and AI consulting, where she launched an inclusive program for integrating diverse talent into data professions and championed pro bono AI initiatives.
Her work has earned prestigious awards, including the Club des DA Futurs Désirables for Musée du Patriarcat, the Grand Prix Stratégies for Fisher-Price, and The One Show Awards for Greenpeace’s Orizon campaign. With a career marked by innovation, creativity, and a commitment to sustainability, Lucie continues to shape strategies that drive both business success and social impact.
