Ben Pleißner is a Marketing and Brand Strategist with 15+ years of experience across FMCG, food & beverage, automotive, retail, and insurance. He holds a degree in International Marketing from Fontys International Business School (Netherlands) and currently serves as Head of Strategy at HeimatTBWA.
Prior to HeimatTBWA, Ben held strategic roles at BBDO, Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Grey, as well as marketing positions at Alpro and myToys.
Ben specializes in developing brands holistically—from positioning and brand platform through integrated communications to innovation and portfolio development. He has led national and global brands including Allianz, Aldi, Continental, Ford, Henkel Consumer Brands, Mars, O2, and Toyota.
Ben is a speaker for The Strategy Collective (GWA), juror for the Effie Awards Europe and Effie Awards Germany, guest lecturer, and regular contributor to marketing publications and professional books.
