Gabriella is a Global Strategy Director shaped by creative agencies, trend consultancy, and the client side, a combination that gives her fluency on all sides of brands and culture.

Over 15 years, she has lived and worked in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Los Angeles, and Madrid, not just passing through, but absorbing each city’s culture, tensions, and pulse.  She has developed campaigns for brands like Netflix, AB InBev, and Spotify, and led Real-Time Marketing at Coca-Cola Brazil, where strategy had to move at the speed of culture. Her agency journey spans Ogilvy, Dentsu, AKQA, and DAVID; where she currently sits as a Strategy Director at the Madrid office. Her work has been recognized at international awards such as Cannes Lions, Effie and Jay Chiat.

Beyond her agency experience, Gabriella holds a postgraduate degree in neuroscience and behavior, a reflection of her belief that the sharpest strategy begins with a deeper understanding of people.
