Lily Rose

COO, Royal Society for Blind Children

Lily is Chief Operating Officer at the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC), where she leads strategy, enabling operations and campaigns to help visually impaired children and young people live their life without limits. She is also a Trustee of Arthritis UK.

She brings over a decade of senior leadership experience in the charity sector, following an early career in the commercial world working with international brands. Lily has led high-performing teams in several beloved charity brands, including Mencap, Barnardo’s and Marie Curie UK, and has built a track record delivering punchy campaigns that seek to change hearts and minds and inspire action. She has a particular interest in work which challenges misconceptions and champions a kinder, better world.

In 2025, Lily and her team launched the ‘Bedtime Donations’ campaign for RSBC, in partnership with Innocean Berlin and Buzzwoo: an ambitious initiative to create the world’s largest free audiobook library for blind and partially sighted children. The campaign reached No.1 in the App Store Books category within hours of launch, generating significant national and international media coverage, and secured over 700 new audiobooks in its first 24 hours.
