Ronald Lupták is the founder and CEO of Linea 5, a brand strategy consultancy based in Bratislava. He works as a senior brand consultant and interim CMO across multiple client relationships simultaneously — stepping in where senior marketing leadership is needed without the overhead of a full-time hire. His work spans brand positioning, communication strategy, and agency-client tender processes.
His career has been shaped by both sides of the marketing equation. On the agency side, he worked at Wiktor Leo Burnett, MUW Saatchi & Saatchi, Euro RSCG, and Made by Vaculik. On the client side, he held roles at HEINEKEN Global in Amsterdam, HEINEKEN Slovakia, O2 Slovakia, Molson Coors CEE, and SkyEurope Airlines. That dual perspective — knowing how agencies think and what clients actually need — defines how he approaches brand problems today.
Ronald has been part of the Effie community for nearly a decade. He served as a jury member for Effie Europe in 2017, was Head of Jury for Effie Slovakia in 2018, joined the Effie Czech Republic jury in 2020, and returned to the Effie Slovakia jury in both 2024 and 2025.
Away from brand strategy, he lives out a childhood dream by driving trams for Bratislava’s public transport network — donating his driver’s salary to the Dobrý anjel foundation.
