Rogier van Kalmthout leads a multidisciplinary team of creative and media specialists at Kantar Netherlands. With nearly 20 years of experience in marketing effectiveness, he supports brands in improving the impact of their advertising. Rogier works with a diverse portfolio of leading local and international clients, including Perfetti Van Melle, Magnum, Unilever and Booking.com. Together with his team, he supports clients across the full campaign development journey, from refining the big idea and optimizing creative execution to evaluating in‑market impact.
Alongside his client work, Rogier is an active contributor to Kantar’s creative thought leadership. He has recently presented on topics such as the role of music in advertising, the effectiveness of content creators, and how brands can maximize digital effectiveness.
When he’s not immersed in marketing effectiveness, Rogier somehow manages, together with his wife, to raise their four sons and still play field hockey at a remarkably respectable level, proving that performance optimization doesn’t stop at work.
