Before building his own consultancy, Tomek spent over two decades shaping the industry, most notably as VP and Chief Strategic Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi. Beyond agency life, he likes to keep the market on its toes: he is a multiple Effie Awards laureate, juror, and Organizing Committee member.
He also teaches, mentors, and works closely with the SAR Education Council—because meaningful change thrives on shared knowledge. Naturally independent-minded, he likes to think he’s making a genuine effort to leave the marketing world a bit smarter than he found it.
