Aura Toma is Head of Marketing for Visa across Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Slovenia, bringing more than 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, including 18 years in senior management roles within both advertising organizations and international corporations. In her current role, she leads Visa’s marketing activities across the four markets.
She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Law at Bucharest University of Economic Studies and has completed numerous executive management programs. Aura is also an active member of industry organizations such as the International Advertising Association (IAA) and the Advertising Agencies Union (UAPR). She is also a constant jury member in both local and global Effie Awards competitions, contributing her expertise to the evaluation of some of the industry’s most impactful marketing campaigns.
