Andreja Milkić is a brand communications professional with over 16 years at Leo/Publicis Group, where he works as Group Account Director. Across his career, he has built and grown some of the most recognizable regional and global brands — from Heineken and P&G to Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Eurobank, Molson Coors, Strauss Doncafe, and State Lottery — developing a sharp eye for what makes communications both creative and commercially effective.
Andreja serves as Vice President of the Management Board of the IAA Serbian Chapter, one of his ongoing commitments to shaping the advertising industry beyond his agency work. He is also a member of the Effie Awards Serbia Organizing Committee, a role that has given him an inside understanding of what rigorous, results-driven evaluation looks like in practice.
A committed educator, he has been a guest lecturer at various academic institutions for over a decade and currently teaches Marketing, Brand Management, and Leadership at Molèn Creative Academy, focused on developing the next generation of marketing talent.
He brings to the jury both a practitioner’s instinct and a strategic perspective, shaped by years of navigating complex, multi-brand portfolios across diverse categories and markets.
