She brings extensive experience in developing brand strategies and integrated campaigns that translate global business priorities into locally relevant consumer experiences. Her work focuses on connecting creativity, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact, with a strong emphasis on marketing effectiveness and brand growth.
Before McDonald’s, she has worked on building meaningful connections between brands, culture, and communities for global brands like Reebok, Colmar, Arena, Pandora.
She serves as a board member of the Serbian chapter of the Effie Awards and is a member of advisory board in the International Advertising Association, contributing to the development of marketing effectiveness and industry collaboration. She has been a jury member for numerous local and regional festivals, including the Effie Worldwide 2022 Global Best of the Best Awards.
