With more than two decades of experience in brand storytelling and strategic communications,
Benjamin began his career in France as an Account Director in the advertising industry, shaping
brand positioning and leading creative campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Driven by a passion for building meaningful consumer connections, he moved to Canada, where he
took on a Marketing Manager role for a global travel brand. There, he oversaw advertising, product
marketing, and strategic partnerships, further expanding his international expertise.
In 2016, Benjamin joined Nespresso Canada as Brand Manager, playing a key role in strengthening
the brand’s presence and resonance with Canadian consumers. His success led to his move to
Nespresso’s global headquarters in Switzerland in 2021.
As Head of Global Brand Communications, he led a team of top-tier talent responsible for shaping
and evolving Nespresso’s global brand strategy. From developing iconic campaigns, —such as
recent launches featuring Dua Lipa & George Clooney, —to driving full-funnel transformation across
content, social media, and influencer ecosystems, his work has helped ensure the brand remains
worldwide culturally relevant and emotionally connected to both loyal customers and new
generations. He has also been instrumental in advancing Nespresso’s sustainability
communications, embedding the brand’s purpose and values into every touchpoint.
Most recently, Benjamin has been appointed Marketing Director for Nespresso’s Home Market,
leading brand, marketing and communications strategy across Switzerland
