Frank is passionate about deciphering consumers needs and aspirations, having spent 29 years in Consumer & market intelligence: from countless nights attending focus groups behind one-way mirrors, to observing consumers all over the world doing their beauty routine in their bathrooms, to analyzing millions of social media conversations with AI. His journey began with automotive design and early mobile internet startups, before joining the Beauty industry in 2022. He first spent 9 years at L’Oreal in various positions (Luxe for Europe, Dermatological brands), then joined LVMH as CMI head for Dior, finally boomeranging to L’Oreal in 2016, leading innovation on skincare, then CMI for Travel Retail worldwide. Since 2021, he leads the “humans & brands intelligence” workstream at corporate, building global consumer programs (creative effectiveness, brand health tracking…) and consumer knowledge on key transversal topics (boomers, mental wellness…)
