Jake O’Driscoll is an internationally awarded Creative Director at Irish independent agency Boys+Girls. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, his career has taken him across New Zealand, Australia and Europe, working at agencies including DDB Auckland, Leo Burnett Melbourne and Boys+Girls Dublin.
His experience spans everything from sport and sponsorships to retail, finance, telecoms and behaviour change campaigns, working across both local and international markets. At Boys+Girls, Jake has helped contribute to the agency becoming Ireland’s only Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness winner.
Jake’s work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Clio, AWARD and Spikes Asia. Alongside his creative work, he has judged at Cannes Lions, MADStars and AWARD, and is a former ICAD board member and Chair of the ICAD judging panel.
