Lucía Angulo Pascual

With more than 25 years of experience, Lucía began her professional career at Canal+, joining Shackleton in 2004, where she held various positions of responsibility over 19 years. In addition, she became a partner of the agency in 2008, a role she maintained until its sale. After the acquisition of Shackleton by Accenture in 2019, she was promoted to CEO of the agency in 2022. Lucía led the transition from Shackleton to Accenture Song, overseeing creative processes and business transformation for clients. She later joined McCann Worldgroup as CEO of both the Group and McCann in Spain, bringing motivation, results orientation, and extensive experience in advertising, marketing, content, and communications. Her career reflects a strong commitment to creativity as a central pillar, complemented by high standards of excellence, innovation, and a client-centered approach. Lucía has worked for renowned brands such as IKEA, L’Oréal, MAPFRE, Iberia, Mahou San Miguel, Google, Carrefour, Heineken, The Coca-Cola Company, and Henkel —among others— and many of her projects have been recognized with national and international awards.
