Since 2022, as Group Head of Snacks for Coca Cola Hellenic Beverage Company, Milica has led the regional biscuit leader, Bambi, expansion across the ex-Yugoslavia region, strengthening its brand leadership in the snack market. She also drove Plazma, the regional iconic brand, first entry into African continent, with the recent launch in Nigeria that has been an important step in scaling Bambi business beyond the region. Her leadership have been instrumental in building strategic snack capabilities including the evolution of the Bambi culture and strong brand marketing capabilities at Bambi.
Before Group Head of Snacks, Milica led Marketing & Innovation at Bambi. Over 22 years of her career, she has held senior marketing roles across different FMCG companies, from regional Pepsi bottlers to leading regional and global dairy players such as Imlek and Lactalis Group, with whom Milica was managing marketing of 11 countries of South East Europe.
Milica was born in Belgrade in 1979. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, majoring in marketing. As part of her academic training, she completed a one-year study program in Amsterdam, at the Faculty of Economics and Econometrics.
She is married and the mother of three children.
