Nikolett Blaskó is founder and CEO of ACG, one of Hungary’s leading independent agencies, known for its strong focus on effectiveness and business impact. Under her leadership, ACG has become a standout performer at the Effie Awards, winning multiple Gold and Platinum Effies and earning the title of Most Effective Independent Agency of the World 4 times in the Effie Index Global Ranking.
With a background on the client side as a marketing leader, she brings a business-driven perspective to communications, consistently championing effectiveness and measurable results.
Alongside her agency work, Nikolett plays an active role in shaping the industry. She has been involved with the Hungarian Association of Communication Agencies (MAKSZ) since 2010, serving as President since 2019. She is also a board member of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and a supervisory board member of the Önszabályozó Reklámtestület (ÖRT).
