With over two decades of experience in the international media sector, Susan brings an energetic spirit and a relentless curiosity to every challenge. Her track record includes standout leadership in developing transformative media strategies for leading global brands, where she has been instrumental in creating innovative operating models and bringing together teams that reimagine media capabilities and foster strong, strategic partnerships.

She is known for championing innovative, tech-driven solutions and leveraging data to uncover unique insights that spark bold, business-driving ideas. She is a regular judge in industry awards programmes, most recently serving on the Media Jury at Cannes 2025, and brings a unique challenger and growth mindset to all she does.
