Luca is specialized in brand and customer-experience strategy. He worked as a strategic planner for 23 years across Europe and Asia. In his role of Chief Strategy Officer at Serviceplan, he is helping brands to grow by elevating cultural relevance and putting consumer sentiments at the core of every experience, working on clients such as Lufthansa, BMW, Telefonica and many more.
Luca holds a master‘s degree in Sociology and a bachelor‘s degree in Economics at the University of Vienna. Based in Zurich, he is currently leading a team of creative-, media- and brand-planners across Europe
